Best way to fix flaked off nail polish with Photoshop?

Hey Guys,
I need to fix this girls nail polish using Photoshop and I need some advice how to do that ;-).
I'm going to work on these pictures:

The last picture is a good example. How can I make her nails look perfect?

I do not know about perfect.. but, here is a quick example of what you can do:

Use the eyedropper to sample the red and the paint the nails onto an empty layer (75% opacity and build the colour up) .Use the dodge and burn tools to give the nails some shape.

Shadow removed, jacket patched and teeth and nails polished, is the DoF intentional to accentuate the "product"?
