I am using Photoshop 9.0.2 CS2 on Mac OS X 10.4.7
and the most of the times i try to drag a pdf on the application icon, it crashes down. Sometimes the pdf contains fonts, sometimes it contains only pictures an sometimes both of them, but the reaction is the same in every situation.
I don’t know what could be wrong
Any help

Yours sincerely
Dimitris

does this happen in a new user?

I’m not sure
You mean that some preference could be the reason?
I’ll check it

or your current user account is corrupt.

and you need to update to 10.4.8

So, i tried to open(drag) some PDFs on Photoshop and it seemed to be much better. Maybe it is a problem with that admin account…but unfortunatelly i cannot make a new account..i have all my stuff on the present one.
I’ll try to make that update and i will see again
Thanx anyway Buko

If it works with a new user account then an Archive and install will clean out the corruption by installing a new system and create a new user with all your settings and applications intact. this should take you about 45 minutes including updating to 10.4.8.

Thanx Buko, i’ll play a little with Photoshop and if the problem remains, then i’ll think about it more intense.
