Error "ICC Profile is invalid" when loading through Photoshop

We get icc (icm) profiles from our ink vendors that we use to create specific Photoshop color settings. The problem is, after we load these icc profiles in photoshop, save those settings, then load them to use them, we get this message - ICC Profile is invalid - even though the file is in the proper system folder.

Any thoughts?

The message means what it says. That profile, or some other profile you've installed is invalid (ie: corrupt).

Try using the ColorSync Utility program (/Applications/Utilities/) to check all of your installed profiles.
