Importing a MrSID image

Is there any way, any filter, any plug-in, any anything that I can use to open a MrSID (Multi-resolution Seamless Image Database) image in Photoshop?

MrSID is a LizardTech file format for very large bitmap images.

Yes, you need a plugin from LizardTech to open the file. It is/was their proprietary file format.
