I’ve been reading the Classroom in a Book for PS CS2. They use a preset gradient for "Foreground to Transparent" that I can’t find amongst the available gradients on my computer (Simple, Color Harmonies 1 and 2, Spectrums, Metals, etc.). Any ideas?

It’s part of the default gradients – just reset the gradients from the popup menu.

Okay, so that worked. Thank you. But why aren’t the default gradients included in any of the "Load Gradients" choices (ie, Color Harmonies, Spectrums, Metals, etc.)?

Because you can always reset the gradients back to the default… Why duplicate them in multiple places?
