How to reinstall CS2?

CS2 is acting funky on my Mini Intel-duo (can't change keyboard shortcuts; inconsistent Droplet creation). I figure a reinstall will solve the problems.

When I attempt a reinstall, the installer tells me to delete my existing CS2. I don't want to lose all my existing actions, preferences, etc..

How do I accomplish the reinstall without trashing those items?

Take all the custom stuff out of the Photoshop folder before trashing it.

After you reinstall put them back.
