Unsupported Blending Mode corruption

I'm having the same problem after trying to bring a file back from corel painter into photoshop and it will no longer work in painter ether!!! i get the same error message and results as U this is 2 days of work sombody please help!!!!! the psd repair program doesnt do any thing eather. I promis to use "save as" in the future.........help

I'd suggest checking your disk(s) and your Ram. If this file is larger than most of your files it might be using Ram or parts of your Scratch that don't usually get called upon that are bad or going bad.
