Title says it all. Is this possible? I got it in English now but decided its better in my language after all.

AFAIK, you need to buy the version in the language you want. Contact Adobe and see if they will let you exchange your English version for another one

When I instald the thing I had a choois. English and other. So I don't need to send it back, I can just re instald, but just wondering if there issent a easier way.

That was just for the licence, not the actual software
