Every time that I start PhotoShop Elements 2.0 on Mac OS X, I get a dialog box with the error message

An error occurred while attempting to download a file from the Adobe Online web server.

The request was not understood by the server. HTTP #400 – Bad Request

This apparently occurs as part of a startup process which has a progress box with the legend "Updating Adobe Online Files".

Any clues?

Thanks

Neil

Go to Edit>Preferenced>Adobe Online and set the update frequency to Never. There aren’t any updates anyway, so most of us here on the forum just don’t let the software bother looking!
