isn’t there a addon to help you create, design clothings and stuff? i think i read about that but im not sure so..

It is an "add-on", but not for Photoshop.

Photoshop is an image editor. You can also paint pictures in it but, to create things, you have to have a creative mind.

This is an add-on for the human brain.

Educational pychologists would probably theorise that the plugin is experiential based on time that the program has been used, user competence and familiarity with the application program and so the plugin is not physical but an awareness mapping?
