Action needed for reading more than 4 color spots on one image.

I am finishing up a masters thesis on RAW file workflow and need help in finding a solution to a problem. I have images taken of a color checker chart and need to get color reading off of 24 different areas. I would need to get these numbers into a spreadsheet as well. Any help would be appreciated.
