Every time I select a font and try to use it it seems blurry or messd up.

What are your settings on the option bar when you select the text tool?

I’m using the font 04b08 8pt and none alias. I’m kind of new here so I was curious, are we allowed to post urls or to a screenshot?

Yes, you can post a URL. Include the <http://> to make it a link.
