trouble printing 13" roll paper on Epson 2200 from CS

I've been trying to print a 12" W x 32" H image onto 13" W roll paper from Photoshop CS on my Epson Photo Stylus 2200. After going through all of the usual steps in the "print with preview" window, my printer prints a section of the image across only half the width of the paper.
How can I print the whole image correctly? Where can I find a roll paper option in the settings? HELP!

Page setup from the 'print with preview' dialogue box. Select 'paper size' after you click on page setup. Then select the proper roll paper.

For some strange reason, the roll paper option is nowhere to be found. At least, I can't find it... and I've looked very thoroughly.

You need to use Apple's Printer Setup Utility (Applications > Utilities > ) to add all options for the Epson 2200. I suggest you download the latest drivers from the Epson site.

I did that, but no luck. It's so strange. Everything I've been told to try, I've done because that's what's worked in the past. But now... I don't get it.

Santiago,

Fire up Apple's Printer Setup Utility and let us know if you see the Roll Paper option listed. If not, use the "ADD PRINTER" button to look for it.

Is it?

I've tried this multiple times. The only options that show up in the printer setup utility are "Epson SP 2200" and "Epson Stylus Photo Gimp Print v5 beta 2".

Neither one of these mention anything about roll paper

I believe that the 2200 will show up as one driver only if you have the latest driver. That is if you are running 10.4.4 or later. What OS are you running? You may need to reinstall it (the OS and the driver).

Larry,

I think you're talking about the Apple-provided (GIMP?) drivers?

I have the latest Epson drivers downloaded from the Epson site. And I'm on 10,3.9.
