Hi guys!

I just made a prototype for a website (see it at <http://www.rippleseedmagazine.com)> entirely in Photoshop/Imageready, and exported the whole thing online, temporarily, as optimized JPEGs/GIFs.

I’d like to export the text sections as blank tables, then paste the text into them in Dreamweaver and format with CSS. I don’t know how to do this, though! I have done Lynda.com video tutorials on Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady for the web, and that’s mostly where my knowledge comes from.

What I’ve tried to do is select the individual slices containing text, set them as "No Image" in the Slice Palette, and export. When I paste the text into those tables in Dreamweaver, everything goes madly awry!

Also, it seems silly to have to export autoslices as GIFs when they could just be the color of the background without taking up additional space.

Can anyone see what my problem is and help me out?

Thank you very much!

Alec
