Cannot Copy Layer Style

I am wondering if anyone has come across a problem where layer styles cannot be copied/duplicated. The old method (PS7) of 'Option+Drag' does not work. I checked the Pshop CS2 help and it says to 'Option+Drag', so it appears to not have changed. Does anyone else have this problem?

OSX 10.3.9
Adobe CS2 Premium
Photoshop 9.0.1

Hold option, then click and drag.

It changed in the fact that option must now be depressed before clicking. Previously it did not matter.

Thanks Scott. Boy, do I feel dumb. I didn't realize that all these years I was depressing the Option key after clicking. Thanks, this will save me time and frustration.
