Trouble cropping in CS

When I get ready to crop an image and try to rotate the box to an angle first, it still crops straight. What am I doing wrong? Never had a problem with past photoshop versions.

Are you resampling as you crop and rotate? (in particular down-sample) There is a bug, and has been for many versions. You have to separate out the actions: Crop+Rotate then resize the image, or rotate then Crop+resize.
