Spacebar hand tool short cut has stopped working

Hi-

I am using mac OS X 10.3.9 Running Photoshop CS on a 1.8ghz iMac.

I use the space bar to get the hand tool all the time and for some reason it doesn't work now. I quit PS and relaunched still didn't work. I restarted my computer still didn't work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Trash Photoshop's preferences.

I shut down for a minute and then booted back up and it works now.
