Having just upgraded to CS (I use 7 on pc in the office) I was delighted to get a chance to try out the color replacement tool, however this tool obviously takes all info for the area, including lightness and luminosity. If you adjust the luminosity you lose all detail in the eye which takes all the good out of the method, might as well just use paintbrush, is there a setting I am missing, as the adobe tips show the blue just going straight into the baby’s eye, maintaining some detail, I have tried magic wanding the eye first and reducing brightness completely, which helps, but this seems to generate a pale corona around the iris which kinda jumps out of the picture. I don’t want to go delving into a load of different solutions in case I am missing something obvious (i have no adjustment layers open)

Cheers
