Error with Print Preview

When I click on "print with preview" I get an error, "Could not complete the Print with Preview command because of a program error." I have tried rebooting, complete uninstall then reboot then install, and I've downloaded all the program updates available and still get this issue. I'm using CS2. I tried looking in the KB, nothing about that error came up.

Any insite on why this may happen or how to solve it?

This warning box usually means you are trying to perform an operation on a particular layer that is not possible for that type of layer, not that there is a problem with the program.
Is this a new problem that you have never seen before in what was previously a stable PS installation?

What you haven't done is delete your preference file as per the Forum FAQs - the preferences are not replaced by an uninstall/re-install
