CSI color or oversaturated color like this...

I would like to toy around with some dramatic color like Jessica has. I use PS CS2 but am open to plug-ins or a Corel program.

Anyone have a the secret they want to share.

No secret.

You can achieve "over saturated" colour like that simply by upping the Sat slider in the Hue/Saturation dialogue. You can target specific colours by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Also try making the images more "punchy" by opening the Curves dialogue and increasing contrast with and "S" curve.

I guess if you enjoy overexposure and out of focus, you might as well go for saturation and contrast too.

These look like very bad postcards, not art.
