Resizing an image inside a clipping path

Hi all -

My boss gave me a job to do over the weekend and I don't seem to be able to do it. I have Pshop 5.

In order to frame some photos, he created a frame in Illustrator, took it to his more current version of Pshop and created a clipping path out of the art. When he puta photo in the path, he could resize the photo to fit in the frame with a tool he hs in his newer version. I don't have that tool. Is there a way to resize the photo to fit within the frame in Pshop 5?

Probably a Vector Mask. You can get the same kid of effect by turning the path into a selection and making a Layer Mask from it.
