Can you crop photos with Album Starter Edition 3.0?

Where is the help file. When you click F1, the application takes you to a general area of the Adobe web site?

When you add Captions to a picture, how do you print the Captions?

The primary taks that I need to do are crop pictures and add a caption to a picture that prints when I print the picture.
If these features are not available in Album Starter Edition 3.0 then what software application should I upgrade to in order to get these feature?

Yes, you can do these things in PS Album, and software with your digital camera has these features.
