I haven't used the Liquify filter as often as I should, and it's a really great feature of PE. Is there a way to zoom in on the image when I'm working on it?
I've got the image zoomed in when I'm in the main palette area, but it doesn't look that big when I move into the LF area. With my peepers, it makes it difficult to see exactly what I'm adjusting.
Thanks.

A.
In the lower-left corner of the Liquify screen is a view-percentage box. Enter a larger number to zoom in.
Also, you can use your cursor to zoom in... hold CTRL-SPACE to momentarily get the zoom-in cursor, hold ALT-SPACE to momentarily get the zoom-out cursor. In either case, you can simply click to change the zoom. With the zoom-in, you can click-drag a selection to auto zoom that area.

Byron, thanks. I should have mentioned I'm using PE1.
I don't see any box in the lower left corner, and when I try the Alt or Ctrl, nothing changes.
My window shows the image, 8 tool boxes on the left (near the upper half of the window). The right side shows the OK, Cancel, Revert, then the two options under those for changing the brush pressure and the brush size.
I must be misunderstanding this whole thing. I have PE2, but it's on my home computer. I'm using version 1 while at my work computer (at this writing).
Any further clues? Thanks.

in your basic screen zoom in to where you want it and then make a selection around where you want to work with lasso etc.. before using the liquify filter.

I'm glad Jodi spoke up, as I have no experience with PE1...

or just use the control key and the plus sign for zooming in (Ctrl/- for zoom out)

Nancy, unfortunetly that doesn't work in the liquify screen in PE1 :(

Jodi,
Thanks for the correction, you are absolutely right.

AK, you are welcome...fortunetly there are still some die-hard PE1 users out there :)

Jodi, it's not that I'm a die-hard PE1 user, it's because I'm a cheap skate. When I upgraded to PE2, I installed it on my home computer, then took the PE1 to my work computer, 'cause I didn't want to spend any more money to buy a second copy for work related stuff.

Al,
I guess that means you're a cheap skate with a conscience...:)
