I am running photoshop 7.0.1 I can save files locally and to network shares until I save to our SAN which has 1.5 terabytes of free space
photoshop complains that the disk is full.
I can use other adobe products to save to the san as well as microsoft office products. is this a limitation with photoshop 7.0.1?
Thanks

I remember reading threads a while back regarding issues with Photoshop and saving to networks with 1TB+ of storage. Think they addressed that in CS, but not certain if that was fixed, or if a workaround was developed.

I do know that it is widely suggested that you save locally, and copy to a network drive regardless of storage size.

It’s not a limitation, it’s a bug. But a known one.

Search the Adobe Knowledge base in the support area for info; I don’t know if they fixed it for 7 or it was made moot by Adobe shipping newer versions.

I wonder if CS2 fixes this for sure? I was looking in the knowledge base and could not find an answer.
