Select the red in the eye with a soft edge brush in Quick Mode.

Exit QM.

You may have to Invert the selection.

Go to the Green Channel and Copy.

Go to the Red Channel and Paste.

Go to the Blue Channel and Copy.

Go to the Red Channel and Paste.

Deselect.
