Would like to be able to take advantage of the Kodak ERI program used with the 14n camera and Kodak digital backs to capture extended dynamic range in the "enhanced" JPG images created by these. Unfortunately it won’t install on either of two machines (one XP, the other Win2K), and it comes back with a cryptic error message "an error ocurred during the move data process:-145" and ends there. Has anyone had any luck in using this utility? Do I have to install an earlier version of PS to use it?

Sounds a bit like a read/write problem while installing. Are you logged in as an administrator or
someone with similar privileges to install programs. Do you have enough space on the hard
drive, especially where you are unpacking the files to. Also check the path is correct and turn
off any anti virus and other non essential programs you may have running. Other than that try
googling the error message including the quotes and try looking on the Kodak site as it could
be a known issue.

Similar errors occur when installing from within WinZip. If this is the case, extract the files to a temp folder first, then do the install. —
