Preset Actions in PS6

Using PS 6.01 in Windows
I have a CD with 100 preset actions. Each file is in .atn. If I want to use a particular action once, can I use it from this disc and PS 6 or do I have to install each of the new actions in the pallete and save it, which takes up room on my HD.

Just load it from the CD or HD into the Actions Palette. It will remain in the Actions Palette permanently and you don't need it/them on the HD.
