Openin raw file (sony dsc-f828) with photoshop?

My sony dsc-f828 write raw files, the extension is: srf.

is there a way to open this kind of files in photoshop?

No. Sony introduced this format *after* Photoshop CS was launched, so it's logical that Photoshop doesn't support it yet. Use the Sony software to convert the files to TIFF.

....to 24-bit TIFF format, that is. Which makes Sony's raw implementation essentially pointless.

Also in usual Sony fashion they've encrypted their raw files, so don't look for any third-party support anytime soon.

Sony and Adobe have one thing in common -- bean counters have gotten the best of their companies.
