When attempting to open image files, the following error message appears: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Runtime Error. Program RAM Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\PhotoshopElements.exe. Abnormal Program Termination"
I have attempted to reinstall the program but when installing the SVG Viewer, the following message appears: "You recently uninstalled the Adobe SVG Viewer and the system cannot remove some files because they were in use. Yiu will need to restart your system and run this installer again."
The program worked fine until I added a DVD Drive. I’m running WIN XP, 80 gig HD, 512MB, Pentium 3.
Restarting the system does not correct the problem. I would appreciate advice on what I can do to correct the problem.
