blank screen

Greetings,
When I click on a PS file, the program opens, but I get a blank screen. I then have to go through File/Open and Browse for the file. I've removed the program and re-installed, but it still does this. Any ideas?

Try 'Open with' from the right click mouse function - I had this with another program (Excel I think) it's possibly a Windows XP thing!!
