Gel/Glass/Aqua look to buttons and frames...

I'm in the process of working on a website. I've found a tutorial (that was quite involved) in creating the Mac Aqua look. I was suvvessful in making the demonstrated Pill button, but when I attempted to do a similar effect on the frames of a website that I was working on, I had nothing but trouble. I was wondering if anyone knew a quick way to get this look, without going into the Alpha channel and making 12 steps to get the look. Thanks for any help...

No, I believe it was more along the lines that it has many many steps involved and if there was an easier way of achieving the same look. Then again, you were bothered enough to reply. Found out another way anyway... other people had much more productive answers then yours. Thanks for your comment (NOT)!
