I am preparing a file and was told to set it up for European sheetfed. Is this what Euroscale is?

If your printer told you to set up your files for overseas printing, ask him what exactly he wants.

If the printer is printing to an ISO standard, which many European printers do, you can download profiles from www.eci.org (the European Color Initiative’s web site). The Euroscale profiles aren’t based on any known standard, the ECI ones are copiously documented.
