Request Failed because of invalid or incorrect personalization information

I have just installed CS Suite, AI and ID work fine, but PS gives me a message "Request Failed because of invalid or incorrect personalization information" when I try to open the app. It is the same serial number as AI and ID… what is wrong? (18 user serial number on a G4 running 10.2.8)
