Upgrading to Panther, will PS7 work

Hi all, I'm currently using photoshop 7, illustrator 10, and after effects 5.5 in OS10.2.6 it's running well without problems, I'd like to upgrade to Panther will these apps run in panther or will I have to shell out and upgrade them as well to the CS. Jim

Yes, they run in Panther as well.

Actually, I can't vouch for after effects 5.5. I don't use it.
