language settings (keyboard)

Hello,

I am using PS Elements and I have a problem. I can't use all the features of my keyboard. I want to insert this symbol: @, but PS doesn't give the right symbol. The keyboard is working well with all other programs, so I believe I have to adjust the language/keyboard settings somewhere in PS. Does anybody know how?
