File didn’t open

I installed today new arrived Photoshop CS with my new G4-10.3.4 system, but what was surprise, when I have any picture (anywhere) and double click on picture, Photoshop bring to front as application, but didn’t open the file. The only way how to open the file is via FILE-OPEN (not working double click and drag and drop). Anyone can help to solve this problem ?
