PSD Viewer that views Win and Mac PSD files

Hi, I'm looking for a low cost or free PSD file viewer that will view PSD files created on PC and Mac computers. Please email me at if you know of a potential program out there that will handle this request. It'd be great if there were PC and Mac versions of the program.
