how do i create shiny polished, high gloss, reflective surfaces

How do i create shiny polished, high gloss, reflective floors on my gradient background so when i lay Jewelry on the floor the hole floor reflects & shines.

I'm not just talking about the object or Jewelry shining but the hole floor looks polished & waxed,

How do i create this effect.

By deciding on a Light Source, and the location of the Light Source in relation to the viewer. Then paint highlights on the floor to reflect the light from the height and direction you have determined it to be coming from.
You then paint highlights on all the surfaces of your jewelry to corresond to the highlights painted on the waxed and polished reflective floor.
