Photoshop CS2: where did the arrow head command go?

The now useless Help/Index simply mentions use line tool to choose Start and End for the arrowhead option. I sure as heck can no longer find this option box/tool in CS2. Ideas?

Todd, in the option bar, after the different white shapes, there is a down facing triangle giving you access to the current shape's settings, including the arrowhead for the line tool

Thanks Again Pierre. Found it and it worked. I was trying to do it using the Pencil tool.
