Set-up to Proof CMYK file on Epson 1280

I know Bruce Fraser outlined a set-up to proof a cmyk color file on an Epson 1280. It has been taken off the forum. Can anyone, perhaps you, Bruce tell me how to set up the Source space, Print space, etc.? I need to get a reasonable good proof to send to the printer.

Proof space = CMYK profile
Print space = Epson 1280 media
Intent = RC
BPC = unchecked
Color management = None
