Adding a font Apple LiSung

Ok i see a font in my fontbook Apple LiSung... but i cant get it to show up in any of my programs including quark... this is a font that came with my computer.. what do i do? Im sure its simple i just cant get it in my font list...

My guess is if it were to show up, it would be at the very bottom of Adobe font menus. I have no idea about Quark.
