You could probably start by buying the digital download for whatever issue of their magazine that picture was linked from. There is probably a four or five page tutorial on how to do it in there.
What you are asking for does not have a simple one or two click solution and going all the way with this image would be FAR outside of the scope of what could easily be explained on this forum.

Since it's a design by a reader and it didn't come along with a tutorial, I can't pay for it.
I was simply asking for tips not a full description on how to "copy paste" the image. Thanks anyway
