Nikon Scan v4.0.2 NEF files - is there a way to open in CS?

Friends - When I try to open a film scan saved as a 'NEF'from my Nikon Coolscan IV ED in CS, I get error message 'Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of file'. Maybe a plugin? Nonetheless, I'm sure enjoying CS2 & Bridge. Not having any of the problems others seem to be having - Bob

Only using Nikon's plugins -- NEF from scanners is not the same as NEF from digital cameras (thank you Nikon).
