CS2 Tryout - Very Slow

I am running the "tryout" version of CS2 on my PC, which is running Windows XP Professional. I have 131 GB of free space. 2.79 GHz and 1 GB of RAM. CS2 is running VERY slow. I currently have CS loaded onto this computer as well. Has anyone else experienced this situation??

I've been good with Photoshop CS2 .. but lots of folks have this problem ... try a search to catch-up on some of the threads...

Have you read ANY of the numerous posts here dealing with the slowness of CS2 experienced by *some* users (and possible solutions)?

Do a little research and you may be rewarded.
