How do I delete a previously defined "Custom Proof Condition"

PS allows you to define Custom Proof Conditions, but how do you delete them from the drop-down list. It lets you Load and Save, but not delete. Note: it is possible to actually delete the file, but it doesn’t get removed from the list. How do I accomplish this?
