I’ve downloaded some really cool woodgrain patterns and styles from Adobe Studio Excahnge, however…I have a question before I proceed to drop them in their respective folders. Do Photoshop 7 patterns, styles, brushes, etc. work OK in Elements 2 or do I need to stick with those written for version 6?

I’m looking specifically for woodgrains. Anyone know of some good ones?

TIA
Patti

Elements version 2 is based on the PS 7.0 engine. That’s no guarantee that everything you’ve downloaded will work, but people are able to use a lot of the things created in PS 7 in PSE 2. It takes some experimenting.

Thanks, Beth. I’m of the experimental persuasion, so I’ll give them a try. 🙂
