When i go to open a photoshop file from my desktop by double clicking on the file, Photoshop will open if it had been off but the file never appears, just that the program has been opened, but yet, I can navigate to the file through the open dialogue and photoshop will open the file. This is happening with Photoshop CS. I have trashed the preference files and i have the same problem. anyone with ideas?
