I would be so grateful if anyone with the same laptop as me could say if CS2 works on it. If anyone without CS2 would be willing to give the trial version a try for me that would be wonderful.

As stated in my other post I can not get it to run at all with this laptop.

No problems running the full CS2 Premium Suite on an Acer TravelMate 804LCi running Win XP Pro SP2, not the same model but it is over 18 months old so I’m surprised the newer model is having problems.

Thanks for the reply.

I really am at a loss on this one as I have tried so many things to try to get it working. Acer support in the UK will not even look at the problem after I spent £1400 on the laptop. All I wanted them to do was to load the trial version on one of there 8104’s but they gave me every excuse under the sun why they would not do it. They even said it would be illegal.

It is a great machine but can’t say the same for the support in the UK.
