How do you open various RAW files from different folders in Camera Raw 5.0?

I have about 200 raw files spread across 4 different (but juxtaposed) folders, holding 50 files each.

I want to load them all up at the same time in Photoshop CS4's Camera Raw applet.

Can someone tell me how? I can only seem to load multiple files from a single source folder. I can't "append" any new files to the open ones once I've already loaded a set, nor can I seem to select files from different folders simultaneously before opening them.

Copy them (not move) to a single folder and do whatever your planing and then move or copy them back.
