Error message on startup

When starting, Photoshop displays message that 'This application has failed to start because NkNEFPlugin.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.' but re-install makes no difference.
However, Photoshop starts, despite the message.

reinstall the plugin (nikon?).
